FROM OUR BACKYARD TO YOURS

Fortune Barbecue started as a simple backyard bbq hobby in 2020 when owner, Brian Johnson, started cooking on his first small smoker. This hobby quickly turned into a passion, and Fortune Barbecue was born. After starting to compete in local bbq competitions, his family recipe sauce gained a lot of positive feedback. Fortune Barbecue now has their "Fine As Swine" vinegar based sauce in production, and is planning on adding more sauces and rubs in the near future.
